Return Eligibility
At Pinky Wink Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition with all packaging and documentation
- The item has not been damaged or significantly used
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date
How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return shipping instructions from our team
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging
- Your refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items that show signs of significant wear or damage
- Items without original packaging or documentation
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to either send a replacement or process a full refund, including return shipping at no cost to you.
